In the event of a No Show, you will be charged the full 100% fee.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to sickness or emergency, you won't be charged a fee as long as you communicate, then I can get you rescheduled.
I understand that unexpected things can happen. To ensure that everyone's time is respected you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 days prior to the scheduled time with no penalty.
Any cancellation or rescheduling past the 2-day window will result in a 50% fee.
If your payment is declined, you will need to book your appointments over the phone instead of through our online system.
Upon your arrival, kindly text me as the suite door will always be locked for security reasons.
To maintain cleanliness and hygiene especially during the winter season, we have a no shoes policy inside the suite. Don't worry, we have a stand where you can safely place your shoes.
We aim to create a quiet and peaceful environment for everyone so we kindly ask you no children to your appointments unless absolutely necessary. If it is, please let me know in advance.
There's a 10-minute grace period. Make sure to be inside the suite within that period. Unless communicated, any delay beyond this will result in your appointment being marked as a no show.
