Policies

  • In the event of a No Show, you will be charged the full 100% fee.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to sickness or emergency, you won't be charged a fee as long as you communicate, then I can get you rescheduled.

  • I understand that unexpected things can happen. To ensure that everyone's time is respected you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 days prior to the scheduled time with no penalty.

  • Any cancellation or rescheduling past the 2-day window will result in a 50% fee.

  • If your payment is declined, you will need to book your appointments over the phone instead of through our online system.

  • Upon your arrival, kindly text me as the suite door will always be locked for security reasons.

  • To maintain cleanliness and hygiene especially during the winter season, we have a no shoes policy inside the suite. Don't worry, we have a stand where you can safely place your shoes.

  • We aim to create a quiet and peaceful environment for everyone so we kindly ask you no children to your appointments unless absolutely necessary. If it is, please let me know in advance.

  • There's a 10-minute grace period. Make sure to be inside the suite within that period. Unless communicated, any delay beyond this will result in your appointment being marked as a no show.
